A graduate of ESPI Paris and a Manager in Property Development and Promotion, Robin has a global vision of property project development. His expertise covers every stage: analysing opportunities, arranging finance, monitoring work and marketing, guaranteeing the success and added value of each project.
After managing a number of real estate projects, he has specialised in upmarket property, where his technical expertise and mastery of works enable him to carry out controlled renovations. His approach combines exacting architectural standards with operational know-how to bring out the full potential of the properties he selects.
Karl holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and spent over ten years working for major national property development groups in Paris and Nice, where he managed the development of a number of large-scale projects.
Drawing on this experience, he has gradually focused his activities on exclusive projects, centred on prime locations and a top-of-the-range approach to property redevelopment. Convinced that the value of a property lies as much in its location as in the quality of its transformation, his approach combines land strategy, market awareness and attention to detail to create projects with a strong identity, in keeping with the local heritage.
An engineer by training, with degrees in France and the UK, Frédéric spent more than 15 years at Airbus, between research, international management and financial functions. His career has taken him to work in Europe and the United States, in demanding and complex sectors.
Having settled on the Côte d'Azur, he chose to redirect his expertise towards real estate, with a passion for renovating old properties and respecting Mediterranean architecture.
Frédéric brings to Groupe Trianon a rigorous approach to execution, an aesthetic sensitivity and a capacity for cross-disciplinary analysis.
